If you are not satisfied with an accessory product sold by G1 Depot for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) if returned within 30 days of delivery. There is no re-stocking fee.

Misshipped or Defective Products
If your product is defective at the time of delivery, or you received the wrong item, please email or call (888) 468-6159 with details. We will email or mail you a free UPS Return Label to use for returning the merchandise and send you out a replacement product at no cost.
Outside of the 30 day return window
If your product becomes defective after the 30 day return policy, please email or call (888) 468-6159 for warranty details. Each manufacturer offers different warranty periods (ranging from six months to lifetime) and procedures. You will be responsible for all shipping charges on warranty replacements.
Electronic Software Returns
Software purchases are generally not returnable, so please take advantage of the trial edition of the software (if available). A full refund will be granted for downloadable software within 30 days of purchase for:
- Defective software
- Software not received due to our error
- Duplicate Purchases
