Pros: More than double the battery life means I can use the phone all day without having to have a charger nearby
Cons: It is thick and bulky.

The cover is OK, but makes a hollow void in the areas not occupied by the battery. No problems with durability yet... I have owend it for about 5 months so far. Works GREAT if you dont want to keep charging all day.

Cons: New Cover makes the phone FAT and breaks easily

I would reccomend this product to anyone who uses their G1 a ton every day and is away from a charging source. This Battery lasts three times as long as the original but takes longer to charge and the new battery cover that it comes with tends to crack very easily after a short period of use. I have never dropped my G1 even once and I have already been through three of these things. My advice is order the extended battery that has the same width as the original and then get yourself a good car charger. You can also switch the Satelight off and use only 2g networks and save a lot of battery use that way too.
